By accessing Moonlight Mages Botanica (“we,” “us,” “our”), placing an order, or using our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to these Terms and Conditions: our candles, oils, herbs, and related items are sold for ritual, decorative, ceremonial, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only and are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, nor intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition; we make no guarantees regarding love, marriage, wealth, health, protection, manifestation, or any other spiritual or personal outcome, and results depend on your own beliefs, actions, and circumstances; because items are handmade, slight variations in appearance, scent, color, and packaging may occur; you assume all responsibility for safe product use, including never leaving a burning candle unattended, burning only on a heat-safe stable surface, keeping flames away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials, trimming the wick before use, and using extra caution with dressed or herb-topped candles; oils and botanicals are for external ritual use only unless clearly labeled otherwise, must not be ingested, and if used on skin require a patch test and discontinuation if irritation occurs; you are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping information, and we reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders, correct pricing or description errors, and update these Terms at any time; shipping and processing times are estimates only, risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery where permitted by law, and unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout, all sales are final on ritual and handmade goods, though damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly to moonlightmagesbotanica@gmail.com with order details and photos; to the fullest extent permitted by law, our site and products are provided “as is” without warranties and we are not liable for injury, fire, allergic reaction, property damage, or dissatisfaction with spiritual results, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms; these Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, and questions may be directed to moonlightmagesbotanica@gmail.com.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonlight Mages Botanica and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or spiritual/emotional dissatisfaction.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products or website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
