Refund Policy

All sales at Moonlight Mages Botanica are final, and by purchasing from us you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, scent or color variations in handmade goods, items that have been used, burned, opened, altered, or removed from original packaging, or any spiritual or personal dissatisfaction with the results of our candles, oils, herbs, or other ritual products, as these items are sold for intention, ritual, decorative, and entertainment purposes only and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. This no-refund policy also applies to all tarot, spiritual, intuitive, or other readings we offer: readings are subjective, interpretive services based on spiritual practice and personal perception, and you are paying for our time, energy, skill, and guidance rather than a message you are guaranteed to like, agree with, find comforting, or want to hear; disagreement with, dislike of, rejection of, or emotional discomfort with a reading is not grounds for a refund, chargeback, or dispute, and once a reading has been delivered—whether live, recorded, written, or otherwise provided the service is considered complete. The only exception applies to physical products that arrive totally broken or clearly unusable due to shipping damage, in which case you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with your order number and clear, dated photos showing both the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in so we can assess the claim; if approved at our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement or refund for the damaged item only, but we cannot process damage claims without photos, for items that are merely chipped, cosmetically imperfect, or handmade with normal variation, or for requests made after the 48-hour window.
